Lulu is a seven year old Yellow Labrador Retriever

Lulu with Mum
Lulu is very friendly Yellow *Labrador Retriever, with a non stop wagging tail and happy smile. A few weeks ago Lulu was **adopted by very lovely lady who lost her husband a couple months ago. She came from a home where she was no longer wanted.

Lulu (left) & Friend
Lulu and her new mum have already become the best of friends. Both of them have just recovered from difficult time, but mum doesn’t want to spoil Lulu. Mum wants to build a balanced relationship with her new doggie and that’s why she came to refresh Lulu’s obedience training.

Lulu training with Mum
*Labradors are well balanced and friendly. They love people and are adaptable to a wide range of functions – making very good pets. They are very easy to train as they love to please.
**All good relationships are based on trust and friendship. A Dog has to learn that you will do what is best for him and to trust you. Along with trust and friendship, a dog needs to have firm guidelines on what is acceptable behavior and what is not. It is important that you show your dog what is required from him and reward him for showing the correct behavior.

Bella is a 9 months old Bull Mastiff

Bella with Family
Bella is courageous, calm, and loving. She is very attach to her family. Her parents started training Bella when she was a young puppy.

Bella with Dad
Bull mastiff are a very independent dogs, and like to make their own decisions. However, with good training, a Bullmastiff will look to its owner for “permission” to act on its instincts. Early socialization and obedience training with all members of the family will teach the dog to look to them before taking action.

Bella training
Now Bella is 9 months old. She is coming regularly to refresh her training and to play with other dogs. Soon Bella will take her AKC Canine Good Citizen test.
Good Luck Bella!

Raven is a 5 month old *German Shorthaired Pointer – GSP

Raven
Raven started training yesterday. She is typical a 5 month puppy: playful & curious. She likes to jump on people and she was a little bit nervous on her fist visit. Her owners are planning to start special training for hunting when Raven reaches 1 year old, but for now I have started basic obedience training.

Raven Training
The German Shorthaired Pointer, or GSP, has a distinctly independent character and superior intelligence. Any unused energy will likely result in the dog amusing itself, most probably in an undesirable manner.
Lack of sufficient exercise and/or proper training can cause a German Shorthaired Pointer to appear hyperactive or create destructive tendencies
*The GSP is usually very good with children, although care should be taken because the breed can be boisterous especially when young. These dogs love interaction with humans and appreciate active families who will give them an outlet for their energy.
The German shorthaired pointer needs plenty of vigorous activity. This need for exercise (preferably off lead) coupled with the breed’s natural instinct to hunt, means that training is an absolute necessity.
